We are excited to announce Asseskio90sment/Trial dates for our 2025 Kangaroos and A Grade teams.

Mount Eliza Soccer Club prides itself on providing a proven pathway with its development of talented community players. With accredited coaches, we see the importance in providing our juniors with the best opportunity to develop as a player and build character. We will support all players in their ambitions to go on and play at the highest level and fulfil their potential.

For those wanting to remain past under 14 in Community Football, Mount Eliza now provides a pathway to senior football with both a men’s and women’s senior teams.

The club is committed to providing a structured training program for all our girls, one that is of the highest standard and has the same offerings and our boys program. As one of the largest female clubs in Victoria, we want to build on the success of our 2024 Girls teams. Our Girls are offered the same Academy Program as the boys from under 10 through to under 14. The girl’s U/15 to 17 will not be forgotten as they will be offered an opportunity to participate in our MESC Development Programs.

Kangaroos/A Grade teams

All players will be assessed by our Technical Director, Gary Talbot and Age Group Head Coaches. Successful trialists will be offered a position in their respective team.

Academy Squads
Successful trialists will be offered positions for additional Skills Training.

Boys under 9-14
Girls Under 10-14

Academy squads will train an additional one night a week, for 20 weeks with our Technical Director and Academy Head Coach, Gary Talbot.
With over 20 years’ experience with junior players, Gary has coached junior players at the highest level, including roles as Technical Director at NPL club Springvale White Eagles, Football Director with Langwarrin Pre NPL, Southern Zone Skill Acquisition Squads, FV TIDC and two recent international trips with touring teams to Japan.
Gary is be supported by C licence coaches to help deliver the clubs training program across the age Academy age groups.

Grading/Assessment details...

Players will need to sign in 30 minutes before their allocated session.
On the day of the trials please ensure your child has shin guards, water and sunscreen.
Trials will be held at Mount Eliza Secondary College Soccer grounds unless indicated.
